About my PracticeWhether I am working with private individuals, business leaders, or teaching classes, my hope is to serve the highest good. The support I offer the people I work with is in the service of understanding and healing the situations they find themselves in – both in their relationships at home and at work, and in their relationship to themselves. We must examine the ways we compensate, hide, or react to what is happening for us, in order to make our way towards feeling more peaceful, fulfilled and content. It is when our inner landscape is revealed that it is possible to work to skillfully address change, and healing.
Many of the tools I use with clients are drawn from Buddhist Psychology and meditation practice. I help clients learn how to calm their minds, I support them in gaining insight into their feelings and experience, and I teach them how to nourish their hearts. My intention is to help create a world where inner peace and inner happiness are cultivated, through self-regulation, self-knowledge, and compassion for our fellow travelers. I feel incredibly lucky to be doing this work every day. |
