Joanna Foote Adler, PsyD, CHTI am a licensed clinical psychologist, executive coach, and Depth Hypnosis practitioner. Whether I’m wearing the hat of a psychotherapist or executive coach, I use the innovative techniques of a Depth Hypnosis Practitioner to guide my work.
Guiding others through life’s challenges (at home and at work) and supporting them to heal old wounds and empower themselves – this is my passion. My intention is to teach the skills needed to lead a more wholesome, peaceful, productive, and genuinely fulfilled life. As the research director at the Foundation of the Sacred Stream I study the therapeutic effects of contemplative practice. I conducted an efficacy study of Depth Hypnosis in the treatment of anxiety, depression, and PTSD, and its effects on well-being with outstanding outcomes. Statistical analysis of our 8-session study revealed large and medium effect sizes, indicating a strong ability to relieve suffering and cultivate well-being. Check out the full study HERE I undertook my doctoral studies in clinical psychology at the California Institute of Integral Studies, focusing on Transpersonal Psychology and Family Systems. I have also studied extensively in the fields of leadership, organizational development, prenatal and postpartum emotional health, Depth Hypnosis, Buddhist Psychology, Applied Shamanism, and Energy Medicine primarily at the Foundation of the Sacred Stream. I integrate this learning into all I do in order to provide a rapid path of transformation. I moderated the practitioner group ‘Mama’s Resource Network’ for 8 years, and founded the Marin Parents Resource Network. I teach nationally at conferences and leadership seminars for Leadership Landing and the Foundation of the Sacred Stream. My office is in Marin County, California. |
